Premo Robotics at Advanced Factories

PREMO Robotics and MathWorks present real success case in Artificial Intelligence and Automation

03/2023

Discover how visual inspection and anomaly detection significantly improve manufacturing processes and reduce machine failures.

MathWorks and PREMO Robotics confirm their attendance on April 18, 19 and 20 at the Advanced Factories fair. The event will take place at Fira – Barcelona and will bring together the most innovative companies in industrial automation, robotics and digital manufacturing, along with technologies that enable industrial competitiveness through new business models, new production processes and the implementation of Industry 4.0.

As part of Advance Factories, will take place the Industry 4.0 Congress, where PREMO Robotics and MathWorks will present a successful case study on the application of AI in manufacturing processes. PREMO Robotics will be explaining in detail how the use of automated optical inspection has allowed them to detect complex production defects with a high degree of reliability and easy implementation. Thanks to this technology, they have been able to make more efficient and informed decisions aligned with data-based Industry 4.0 operations, effectively improving production quality. The key innovation in this case was the use of AI models applied to images for the detection of complex defects, which has proven to be the most effective technique in the industrial sector.

MathWorks, on the other hand, will talk about how their modeling and simulation platform has accelerated the development of PREMO’s anomaly detection systems.

You can visit both companies at the exhibition area located in Pavilion 6, with interesting demos and experts available to assist visitors with any questions.

Our participation at Advanced Factories

MathWorks, stand B285: Demos of visual inspection, anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, commissioning of machinery, and industrial processes.

PREMO Robotics, stand F668: DEMO of the collaborative robot pArm6. Cobot characterized by its ultra-lightweight, designed with the best safety in its class to help companies of any size automate any type of process in a flexible way.

Don’t miss this opportunity to learn from two industry-leading experts about how AI and automation can revolutionize manufacturing processes. We look forward to seeing you at the next edition of the fair, with over 450 exhibiting firms and 35,000m2 of innovation, and an expected attendance of 25,000 professional visitors, +450 exhibitors, and 380 experts in the Industry 4.0 Congress, sharing best practices and success stories.
